Prevention is better than cure!
Well proven in health care, this principle is the golden rule of clean vacuum technology.
Prevention is the best medicine against contamination in coating and etching processes,
in EUV lithography and surface analysis devices, at 0.05 and 10-10 mbar.
Also in your applications we will work together to prevent outgassing of improper or contaminated components,
undesirable deposition, backstreaming from the pumps, real and virtual leaks, and others.
Training for clean vacuum
The trainings will be adapted to your applications and the background knowledge of the participants.
Our workshops or seminars are specifically designed to meet your needs and are discrete.
Our modern way of teaching is interactive instead of frontal lecturing. The participants receive handouts
with the main topics in advance, so that one can better prepare and bring in own questions and topics.
- In person or online.
- Duration 4 hours or more.
- The workshops can be adapted to different groups:
operators of vacuum equipment, maintenance or assembly personnel, engineers, technologists,
scientists.
- The seminars are most effective when maximum 12-15 persons participate.
- Basic experience in vacuum technology is beneficial.
